I am trying to figure out what might have gone wrong for this to happen: Many of my friends and family has also sent greeting to many common friends without issues. There was no indication of how many greetings I could send, hence I selected my Viber contacts. The message I sent was the ticker they provided with contact I had in my address book also clicking on the "send sticker" button in the Viber message. Anybody else has this prob How to resolve pls. The finally a message from the Viber support saying it is blocked again. I can call using viber, but not send out txt. The I got a message saying it is blocked again and unblocked again. I contacted support who unblocked it but it got blocked again without me sending any messages or doing any things. I clicked on this and selected my contacts to send greeting. There was a Viber message with the ability to send stickers wishing Friends and Family. Yesterday was the Sinhala and Tamil new year.
